instant 1立即的，直接的，如sentence a man to instant death判决某人立即处死，2紧迫的，如in instant need of help急需帮助，3（食品）速溶的，方便的，如instant coffee速溶咖啡，名词瞬间，时刻，例：You will see the lightning the instant it happens, but you will hear the sound of the thunder later. 一打闪你就可以看到，但是雷声过一会儿才能听到。
